Review: Action packed? Yes. Exciting? Definitely. Addicting? Not really. While most of the time I enjoyed reading United As One, there were a lot of moments during which I got bored, and struggled to keep reading. The plot and storyline are as good as the previous books, but the execution is terrible in some places.

My main issue with this book is that one minute it's action, the next it's your average day. I don't think it flows like a story should, but when it came time for a battle, they were definitely well written, planned out and included plot twists.

It took me awhile to recall the characters as it's been quite a while since I read the rest of the series in a rapid succession. I expected United As One to be as good as its predecessors, but unfortunately this one disappointed me.

A weak end point for the series, but I'm not going to forget how good the last six books were. In this book just as many characters died, but the ending is rushed and quite a few were brought back to life, as if Pittacus Lore was trying to create a HEA. As for the last chapter 'one year later', I didn't like what happened in the chapter.

Can't wait for this! I originally thought the Fate of Ten was the final book, so I definitely need to see if this is as addicting as the rest of the series.

Review: I don't think I'll ever forget the Lorien Legacies series. The pull, the urge to continue reading, book after book, is so strong all of the time, it's almost impossible to put them down.

Six is one of the most badass heroines I know, and she is easily my favourite character overall. From when she was introduced, I knew she was special.

When Five was introduced, I smelled something fishy. But later, I realised that I'd misread the clues. Pittacus Lore had played me without me realising. This is a skill only very special authors have.

Pittacus Lore has envisioned a richly imagined world , my favourite kind of Dystopia.

Review: After every book in the Lorien Legacies series, I open the next. Seriously, it's like levelling up in a game. Each "level" is bigger, better, and stronger. I just can't stop reading, I'm entirely hooked.

In The Rise of Nine, I really saw Six as a character. The Power of Six showed me John, while The Rise of Nine showed me Six as well as unveiling more about the Garde.

Pittacus Lore is very much a fan of killing characters, but for some reason, I haven't minded, and I'm usually quite forward about my feelings toward character killing. The Lorien Legacies series is amazing and deserves to be read and loved.

Review: The Power of Six was exactly what I expected; action packed, thrilling, and so much more.

In the Power of Six, the characters develop a lot, and you get to know them better. There are small, hidden mysteries Pittacus Lore has left for you to solve, and the answers are revealed later in the book.

Review: Wow. I have been meaning to read the Lorien Legacies series for quite a while now, almost a year in fact. I've been meaning to read them since I read Partials by Dan Wells and saw Pittacus Lore's starred review.

I have heard a lot about the series, but I never thought I am Number Four would be as good as it was. John's story is enthralling, and must be told. I definitely enjoyed reading, and can't wait to read The Power of Six. I am Number Four was nothing but stunning.

Lorien and John's world is richly imagined, my favorite kind of Dystopia. Pittacus Lore is an incredibly talented author.
